Jadadidmyminks Return & Store Credit Policy
At Jadadidmyminks, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a fair shopping experience for all customers. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain product integrity, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit for eligible returns that meet the requirements outlined below.
Returns for Store Credit Only
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds to the original form of payment are not permitted.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be returned in resellable condition

Any promotional, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

Used tweezers

Opened adhesives or liquids

Digital products (including eBooks)

Certification courses or training/extended coaching programs

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items marked final sale
Store Credit Terms

Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected

Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital code

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash

Store credit does not expire

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Right to Refuse
Jadadidmyminks reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and credit it submitted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your store credit will be delivered via the email on file within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
